We as women go through body changes after having children, hormonal changes, and weight fluctuations. Before and after my mother's death, my two siblings and I (3), endured the cycle of trauma taking place in our lives. The 3 of us survived every event that happened, from childhood to adolescence to adulthood (3). It caused growth, expansion and self-achievement within. Now, I have the opportunity to share the creativity and self-expression, which is the birth of 3hrough It All.
